Savio Volpe: Vancouver A new Adventure for Friends, Family & Strangers to experience!Owners of Savio Volpe :Restaurateur Paul Grunberg (L’Abattoir), Chef Mark Perrier (an executive chef at CinCin) and very well known restaurant designer Craig Stanghetta (Homer St. Cafe, Pidgin,Revolver and more) celebrate liveliness, warmth and hospitality. Viva la convivialità! or in english- Long Live the Conviviality! This classic styled osteria owns the rustic feel of a warm and cozy yet open concept layout of warms wood stone oven aroma. The team of Savio Volpe masters the Italian tradition feel through the unique menu of freshness and regionality. Using only selected items from nearby lakes, oceans, farms and fields. Everything is prepared in the simplest, most flavorful way- As it should! And only the highest quality of these items can give you this through freshness and unique ingredients used.
My all time favorite feature of this Italian hot spot is the fresh handmade pasta every day. Or the freshly made from scratch breads- Rustic sour dough, Fruit and nut, classic garlic bread and the Grisini. Fatto a mano in casa– meat, poultry and fish are carefully smoked over the wood-fired grill and rotisserie for the most amplified taste that will send your soul soaring. Accompanied by a large list of yes- Italian wines for the pairing of miraculous tastes. And to complete this dream of dining experience, make sure to close this evening off an "old world coffee to inspire conversation and good cheer." as they say at Savio Volpe.
This experience is a must for anyone who wants to attend this chic location.
