With anodized aluminum construction with seamless edges and radius corners, this unit comes equipped with a hard-chromed, special alloy hollow ground knife that is long-lasting and easily sharpened. A permanently-mounted knife ring guard protects the non-slicing part of the knife. Separate on and off push buttons are moisture-protected and sanitation-sealed.
